Harvesting tradition: the gift of our olive trees
A slow story from Alberobello, written from one concrete scene.
Each autumn in Alberobello, when the air turns crisp and the light softens over the Trulli rooftops, our olive groves come alive with quiet work and gentle laughter. The ancient trees, their twisted trunks full of character, have stood here for centuries, watching over the land and shaping the rhythm of our days.
The harvest is more than just gathering fruit—it is a moment of connection with nature, a return to the roots of this place. Throughout the year, we tend the trees with patience: pruning in winter, caring through the hot Apulian summer, and finally, handpicking the olives at the perfect moment.
When you taste this oil, you don’t just taste olives—you taste the sun, the soil, and the love we give to these trees.

The golden oil we produce carries the essence of Alberobello itself—pure, fragrant, and deeply tied to the land you are walking on. A bottle of it is not only food, but also a story: of tradition, of care, and of the timeless beauty of Puglia.
